Estate History: Founded in 1845, Ippolito has been passed down through five generations of winemakers. Its guiding principles are the promoting native vines, safeguarding the territory, and respecting traditions, nature, and the biodiversity of the native land. Its 100 hectares are located in the heart of Cirò DOC across three estates: Mancuso, Feudo, and Difesa Piana.
