Tasting Notes: The Pojer e Sandri Zero Infinito is a sparkling white wine made from the rare Solaris hybrid grape, a cross of Merzling and Geisenheim 6493. In the glass it shows a straw yellow color. Pleasantly aromatic, with elderflower and mountain flowers, on the palate it is full of orchard fruits, golden, apple, pear, apricot and peach. This quenching sparkling wine is an ideal aperitif antipasti of hard cheeses and cured meats.
